Shipping will take place via US Mail. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. However, you may find your order arrive within the week as orders are often shipped same day.
RETURN POLICY:
If not satisfied with the product, after 21 days send back the items with a copy of the invoice information and we'll credit your credit card for the amount you paid for the item within a week of your return receipt.
Please note that your credit card will be charged by Francisco Production Co., LLC
Although we have a policy in place, we have never had a return or a complaint about any of our products. Your total satisfaction still remains our main goal.
* CT Residents are required to add a 6% State tax on all items ordered.
